1. 1/2 cup urad dal
2. 1/2 cup kidney beans
3. 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
4. 1/4 cup pureed fresh tomatoes

5. 12 cup chopped onion
6. 3 green chilies 1 teaspoon cumin
7. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
8. 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
9. 1 tablespoon coriander powder

10. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
11. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
13. 1 teaspoon of turmeric
14. 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
15. 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
16. 2 curry leaves
17. 50 grams butter
18. 50 grams oil
19. 1/2 cup cream
20. salt to taste

Recipe for Dal Raisina

A). Raisin Dal Separately soak the full black urad dal and rajma overnight. Separately pressure cook them with curry leaves in the morning till soft.a cooking recipe.

B). Combine the butter and oil in a large skillet. Mix in the cumin, garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until the raw flavor is gone.

C). Mix in the finely diced tomatoes and salt. Cook until soft, adding 1/4 cup water as needed.

D). 1/4 cup tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, and cumin powder should be added. Stir in the garam masala and green chilies.

E). 6 to 8 minutes at a time. Add the dal and rajma, along with the curry leaves, as soon as the oil is released.

F). Cook for 10 minutes after adding water and covering the top.

G). Mash the kasoori fenugreek leaves between your palms, then add the coriander leaves.

H). Stir in the cream well. Cook for 30 minutes, covered.
I). Garnish with thinly sliced ginger.
J). Serve immediately with rice.
